The purity of taste with Santuario

FROM THE GROUND TO THE BOTTLE WITHOUT ANY ALTERATION, CORRECTION OR ADDITION

The simplicity of good and pure things. Respect for irrefutable traditional methods. The qualities of modern technology.
This is Santuario.
It's tradition, it's love, it's substance.
A substance given by a distillation that restores the essence of the best juniper berries, the softness of chamomile, the roundness of angelica, the freshness of cardamom and the spiciness of pepper. A dry and decisive taste, to which is added a note of freshness that facilitates the sip and calls for a second tasting.

Juniper

Juniper is a plant that grows spontaneously in numerous areas of the world. Nature, thanks to the particular microclimate, wanted to pay homage to the Tuscan juniper with the best organoleptic qualities of all, so much so as to make it the most sought after and requested on an international level.

The flavor it releases is unique and intense, with aromatic and balsamic tones, tending towards acrid.

Angelica

The etymological value of angelica is intuitive: deriving from Greek, it literally means "Announcing Angel", the plant that came from heaven, hence the vulgar name Herb of Angels or Root of the Holy Spirit.

The smell of angelica is very aromatic, so much so that its flowers are often surrounded by bees; the flavor however is sweet with an acrid and spicy aftertaste.

Chamomile

In the Middle Ages it was considered an excellent help against tiredness, due to its tonic and invigorating properties.

It is said that Alexander the Great also used chamomile for its properties, and that it was he who introduced this plant to the West.

It has a very characteristic, penetrating smell, with a bitter and citrus flavour.

Cardamom

Known as one of the world's oldest spices, it has grown wild in India for more than 5,000 years.

It has a complex aroma that recalls fresh and pungent notes of eucalyptus and camphor, with a light, sharp lemon tone.

black pepper

Intense and fragrant spice par excellence, the pepper plant was born in the Indian forests of Travancore, although it soon began to be cultivated in southern India, Sumatra, Ceylon, and some regions of Africa.

This spice stimulates the production of endorphins in the brain, acting as a natural antidepressant.

Black pepper is also attributed to aphrodisiac and stimulating properties, making it a perfect ingredient for a strong and decisive cocktail.

pink pepper

Always used in popular medicine for its antiseptic power, with its rich and brilliant color and its sweet and round aroma with notes of lemon and strawberry, it is a spice that gives elegance and liveliness to every spirit preparation.
